Return and Refund policy 


We aim to ensure our clients are fully satisfied with our products and services. Please review our return and refund policy below:

1. Services

  • Refunds on Services: We do not offer refunds on completed services. However, if you are unsatisfied with the results, please contact us within seven days of your appointment to discuss your concerns. At the discretion of management, we may offer a complimentary follow-up treatment to address the issue.
  • Cancellations and Rescheduling: We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the service cost.

2. Products

  • Returns: Products purchased at Eclipse Spa and Laser Centre may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase if they are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Exchanges: If unsatisfied with a product, you may exchange it for another product of equal or lesser value within 14 days, provided it is unopened and unused. The price difference must be paid if the exchanged product is of higher value.
  • Final Sale Items: Certain products, including opened skincare items, gift certificates, and promotional items, are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Gift Certificates

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They may be used for services or products at Eclipse Spa and Laser Centre. Lost or stolen gift certificates will not be replaced.

4. Prepaid Packages

  • Prepaid Packages: Unused packages may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided treatments have yet to be redeemed. After 14 days or once treatments have begun, packages are non-refundable.

5. Exceptions and Special Considerations

  • In exceptional circumstances, management may, at its sole discretion, offer a partial or full refund or an alternative resolution. Each case will be reviewed individually.
